推铅球方法之一。右手持球，背对投掷方向，左大腿向后方摆动，同时右腿蹬离地面，右脚沿地面滑行至投掷圈中心部位，接着右腿迅速内扣，左脚以内侧掌着地，形成背向最后用力开始姿势。然后，右脚蹬转，右胞向投掷方向转动，使髋轴转动超过肩轴，上体形成扭紧姿势。当上体左侧移至与地面垂直瞬间，两腿快速蹬伸。
