This paper makes a brief review of the participation of foreign capital in the reform of banking system in Five Central and Eastern European Countries (CEC5) since 1990 s, analyzes the reasons and impacts of foreign capital s overall penetration into the banking system of these countries.
本文简要回顾了20世纪90年代以来外资参与中东欧五国银行体系改革的过程,分析了外资对中东欧五国银行体系全面渗透的原因及影响;在此基础上,对当前中国国有商业银行改革中的外资参与问题进行了探索。

| 东欧 Eastern Europe 欧洲东部地区一些国家的统称。包括俄罗斯的欧洲部分、乌克兰、白俄罗斯、立陶宛、拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚、摩尔多瓦（这些国家即前苏联的欧洲部分）。东欧西与北欧、中欧诸国为邻，东达亚欧两洲的界山乌拉尔山脉，北临极地北冰洋，南抵黑海、里海之滨和高加索山地，总面积为530多万平方千米。其中，俄罗斯大平原面积达400万平方千米，占总面积的3／4，其余部分为山地。东欧基本上属于大陆性气候，主要特点是冬季漫长、严寒、干燥，夏季短促、温暖，春秋季甚短，气温年较差较大。东欧的经济发展水平与西欧和北欧诸国相比，有一定差距。
在国际政治经济方面讲，东欧还包括波兰、捷克、斯洛伐克、匈牙利、罗马尼亚、保加利亚、南斯拉夫和阿尔巴尼亚。 |
