To meet the requirement of seal under condition of vacuum and low temperature in space environmental simulator,four special techniques of seal,which are soft metal seal,complex seal under effection of tempereture,spherical flange seal,cone flange seal and hollow metal loop seal,are researched on the basis of seal theory.

用铁磁流体封堵泄漏通道的半流体动密封（见图）。Fe3O4·CrO2等铁磁性超细微粒悬浮在低挥发性的液体中，形成铁磁流体。将铁磁流体置于密封间隙中，在磁场力作用下铁磁流体能形成强韧的液体膜,借以阻止泄漏。磁流体密封常用于密封气体,适用于密封高真空系统。它可用于高速，但不耐高温和高压。
