pen】Iang喷桨(g unite)采用喷射方法将水泥沙浆覆盖于岩面。喷浆应用于工程,20世纪初始于美国。喷浆的基本原理是:砂和水泥干拌后喂入沙浆喷枪,用压缩空气把拌和料从喷枪中通过软管吹送至喷嘴,与压力水棍合后高速喷射到须覆盖的表面。喷嘴应持于离喷射表面0.9一1.5米处,并保持不断移动。砂浆干拌时灰砂的配合比为1:3一1:3.5,喷射好的砂浆配合比为1:2.5一1:3,水泥用量40。一500千克/米”,水灰比0.45一0.51,砂最佳含水率3一6%。喷浆不易堵管,回弹率小,可用于地下工程围岩支护,封填坝心下的岩石表面裂隙,边坡防护,混凝土和钢筋混凝土结构的加固和修理等。(衷荣涛蒋元驹)
