The milling force model was founded for the material of Ti Alloy BT20 used in aeronautics,and the mathematics model was deduced for the regression orthogonal test approach of four factors and four standards and the matrix reduction approach,and developed the integrated software of building the milling force model making for easier engineer’s using.
