疮疡辨阴证 指辨识疮疡之属阴证者，见《外科正宗》卷一。该证特点为：疮疡起病较缓，疮形平塌散漫，不疼或隐痛，或抽疼，皮色不变，或紫暗或沉黑，不热或微热；难消，难溃，难敛；病程长，溃则脓水清稀，脉沉细而无力。此外，还常伴见全身疲乏，面色（白光）白，自汗，盗汗，纳呆等气血双虚的证候。
