性质:指液膜溶液借助于支撑体的微孔的毛细管力含浸于支撑体内,料液中要回收的物质通过支撑体微孔中的液膜进行透过而被回收。液膜支撑体主要采用疏水性多孔膜,其性能与支撑体材料、膜的厚度及微孔大小有关,膜厚25~50μm,微孔的平均孔径为0.02~1μm,孔径越小,液膜越稳定,但孔径过小会导致孔隙率下降,从而降低透过速度。支撑体一般采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚砜及聚四氟乙烯等疏水性多孔膜。其透过机理可用示意图表示。支撑液膜多用于处理水溶液。
