做法：
1、 将芦笋洗净切成段，香菇切成片，火腿切成菱形，油菜心洗净用沸水焯一下待用；
2、 坐锅点火，放入猪油待油5成热时放入葱片煸炒，再倒入高汤、芦笋、香菇、火腿、油菜心、盐开锅后撇去浮沫加姜汁、鸡精、鸡油调匀即可。
特点：色泽鲜艳、美味鲜香
