性质:振动筛是一种较新式的筛分机械。振动筛的筛分效率及单位面积筛网产量高,动力消耗低,筛网不易堵塞,构造简单,操作方便。振动筛分为:惯性振动筛、偏心振动筛、凸轮打击振动筛、球簸筛以及电磁振动筛等。椭圆振动筛属于惯性振动筛中的一种,它是利用不平衡重锤高速旋转时所产生的惯性力使支承在弹簧支座上的筛机产生高频椭圆形振动,而筛分物料。附图为此种振动筛的原理示意图。
