A 3D rigid -plastic FEM model for large-scale complex integral components isothermal local loading has been established based on software DEFORM3D, and further the influence law of forming parameters on the plastic deforming and microstructure during isothermal local loading have been simulated and analyzed.

The knowledge model and representations of process knowledge for large complicated stampings have been carried out based on KBE and feature technology, and correspondingly, the process feature instances and process plans have been completed through stamping process knowledge driving relevant reasoning methods.

Along with the abroad application of large and complex components in energy sources, transportation, national defense and such domains, the research on cutting tool about large and complex components is getting more and more important.
