通过试验了解到:稻壳旋风空气气化过程中,化学反应没有明确分区,氧化反应是个持续过程,随着挥发分的析出便已开始,一直到氧气完全消耗掉、温度达到最高;高碳氢化合物(焦油)的裂解反应贯穿整个气化过程;气化燃气中的主要成分(CO、H_2、CH_4)是在还原反应阶段产生的。

通过对旋风气化反应过程的温度监测和气化产品气的成分分析可知:在稻壳旋风气化过程中,随着空气当量比ER的增大,物料入口温度降低、氧化区温度提高、产品气出口温度提高,气化燃气中的主要可燃成分中CO和CH_4而降低、H_2则在一定范围内增加、燃气热值降低,燃气中焦油的含量减少。
