闪光对焊

shanguang dulhan闪光对焊(flash butt welding)一种压焊方法。焊件装配成对接接头,并夹在通电的夹具上,使焊件端面缓缓地移近到局部接触,利用产生的电阻热使接触点很快被加热至高温,形成闪光或电弧,同时产生强烈的金属飞溅,继续移近焊件直至整个端面在一定深度范围内达到预定温度时,则迅速施加顶锻力完成焊接。闪光对焊又可分为连续闪光焊和预热闪光焊。特点闪光对焊接合面上的熔融金属层在顶锻时被挤出,起了清除接合面上杂质的作用,对接合面的准备要求不严。各种截面的环形零件都可以焊接,其接头的热影响区比电阻对焊窄得多。闪光焊的接头飞边和顶锻金属需要专门设备去除。被焊的两个零件必须具有差不多相同的截面。 应用可焊接黑色金属和有色金属,如低碳钢和低合金钢,不锈钢,铝、镍、铜、钦及其合金,以及异种金属如铝与铜、镍和钢等。 (率忠玉)
