性质:总自旋量子数为1的量子态。微观体系状态的多重性取决于其总自旋,即2S+1,其中S为总自旋量子数。当外层电子数是奇数时,其多重态为偶数,若外层电子数是偶数的体系,多重态为奇数。对于双电子体系,自旋平行时就得到三重态(2S+1=3),反平行时为单重态(2S+1=1)。
