| 有机含氮化合物 organonitrogen compound 分子中含有碳-氮键的有机化合物。有时，分子中含有C-O-N的化合物，如硝酸酯、亚硝酸酯等也归入此类。广泛存在于自然界，是一类非常重要的化合物。许多有机含氮化合物具有生物活性，如生物碱；有些是生命活动不可缺少的物质，如氨基酸等；不少药物、染料等也都是有机含氮化合物。有机含氮化合物可分为以下几类（见表）。
各类有机含氮化合物的化学性质各不相同。一般都具有碱性，并可还原成胺类化合物。同一个分子中有时会含有多个含氮基团，如对硝基苯胺、偶氮二异丁腈等。许多有机含氮化合物具有特殊气味，例如吡啶、三乙胺等。有机含氮化合物中有许多属于致癌物质，例如芳香胺中的2-萘胺、联苯胺等；偶氮化合物中的邻氨基偶氮甲苯等偶氮染料；脂肪胺中的乙烯亚胺、吡咯烷、氮芥等；某些生物碱如长春碱等，以及大多数亚硝基胺和亚硝基酰胺。 |
