补充资料:模具设计要点
1.一般平板成品不宜中间进胶﹐以防弯曲变形。
2.一仍般情况下STP在RP正下方。
3.当模座较大时﹐STP的间隔为150--200mm。
4.锁上下顶出板的螺丝间隔为150--200mm。
5.当有顶针在滑块下方或斜梢有靠破时﹐上下顶出板要装有强制回位机构。
6.成品拔模斜度以减胶为基准。
7.设计水路时﹐尽量不要采用水管直接接入模仁﹐而改用模进水管用"O"RING联接模仁。
8.SP尽量将其直径取大并布置在成品的正投影面积下方。
9.冷却水路三原则﹕A.快速冷却﹐ B.均匀模温﹐ C.加工方便。
10.斜梢距模具中心应取整。
11.KO孔随注口衬套的偏心而偏心﹐且注口衬套的最大倾斜角度不得大于15%%d。
12.对于二片半模﹐上固定板与母模板之间的分模行程要用机构加以控制﹐LP在公模板上必需要有注导衬套﹐一般还需要有LK开闭器。
13.处理内侧倒钩的方法一般可用斜梢﹐内侧滑块﹐剥脱板(顶出中板)﹐顶出梢应尽量避免在滑块底下﹐以免发生碰撞或干涉。
14.一般模仁超出成品轮廓20--30mm,且距
模具中心应取整﹐模板距模仁边框20--30mm,
若有滑块应考卢将模板加大﹐特别注意避免
和回位梢干涉。
15.支撑柱(SP)的摆放与脚垫间距应量保
持相等﹐使其模具保持平衡。
