针对中洛管道热媒炉存在使用寿命短、运行费用高、设备附件故障率高等一些目前尚难解决的问题,提出了将热媒炉更换为直接加热炉的改造方案,并且分别从经济效益、安全性、环境影响三个方面对改造方案进行了可行性分析,结果表明,实施改造设计方案既可以减少维修费用,又能使管输热力参数达到规定要求,有效地保证了管道的安全平稳运行。
