Based on the method of devitrification by annealing metallic glass, amorphous alloy Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4 was treated by isothermal annealing at different temperature and different time, the composite with nano-crystal distributed uniformly in the matrix of bulk amorphous alloy was obtained.
利用铜模注射法和铜模吸铸法分别制备出了杆状和管状的非晶态Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4合金;采用非晶晶化法对非晶态Fe36Co36B20Si4Nb4合金进行了不同保温时间和不同保温温度的等温退火处理,获得了在非晶基体上均匀分布纳米晶的非晶/纳米晶复合材料。
