性质:以分子中一个对称中心为中心,以放射形式联接三条以上分子链的聚合物。其分子链称为臂。这类聚合物即使分子量很高,仍有很低的熔体黏度和溶液黏度,这样有利于加工。常见的星型聚合物有苯乙烯系列和丁二烯系列,分子链数目可高达10个以上。例如含5个分子链的星型聚苯乙烯称为五臂星型聚苯乙烯。
