In order to resolve the problems of plastic formation and accuracy control of blank,the warm cold compound forming process(preliminary shaping-backward extrusion forming-cold extrusion sizing) and the forming theory of "guiding flow in axial direction ","push extrusion forming " were adopted based on the study on the theory and experiment and the corresponding dies were developed.
