性质:将待脱脂的电镀零件置于碱性溶液中作为阴极或阳极,通过电解清除其表面油脂的过程。电化学脱脂的方式有阴极脱脂、阳极脱脂和阴阳极联合脱脂。阴极脱脂适用于有色金属件,如铝、锌、锡、铅、铜及其合金件;阳极脱脂适用于硬质高碳钢、弹性材料零件;阴阳极联合脱脂用于无特殊要求的钢铁件。电化学脱脂比化学脱脂的效果好。因为在电极上析出的气体能大大加速脱脂过程中的皂化作用和乳化作用。
