The pepper seeds were treated by magnetic field with the intensity of 100mT for 2 min for five times,and then artificially aged.
用 10 0mT的磁场对辣椒种子进行处理 ,再进行人工加速老化 ,观察老化过程中各项发芽指标及部分生理生化指标的变化。

Three varieties of pepper seeds (Xingshu16, Fuxiang5 and Fuxiangyuanchun) were treated with 2 kinds of initiators at 30℃ under dark conditions in order to select an effective way to enhance germination of pepper seeds.
在30℃黑暗条件下,采用一定浓度的引发剂对3个辣椒品种进行引发处理,结果表明,100～500mg/L赤霉素(GA3)可以促进辣椒种子萌发,种子发芽势提高;10%～30%聚乙二醇(PEG)引发,兴蔬16号和福湘5号发芽势降低,福湘元春发芽势提高。

No difference was found among the influence of PEG,CaCl2 and SA on capsicum seed germination potential and germination capacity,but some difference was found on seed vigor.
用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)、氯化钙(CaCl2)、水杨酸(SA)溶液对不同质量的辣椒种子进行处理,它们对辣椒种子的发芽势和发芽率的影响差异不显著,但对辣椒种子活力的促进作用有一定的差异。

以辣椒品种"神禾8898线椒"为材料,设置不同铝浓度处理,研究不同浓度的铝处理对辣椒种子萌发的影响。

In order to find out the reasons for pepper seed’s vigor descent and its physiological and biochemical transformation laws with artificial acceleration of seed aging,some physiological and biochemical changes were investigated before and after the artificial aging of pepper seeds.
为了探明辣椒种子活力下降的原因和一些生理生化变化规律,采用人工加速老化方法,研究了辣椒种子人工老化过程中所发生的一系列生理生化变化。

The pepper seeds after soaking in H2O2,PEG,CaCl2,SA and distilled water solution were cultured at 5℃ to study effects of different chemical agents on physiological and biochemical characteristic of cold resistance of pepper seeds.
H2O2是对辣椒种子在萌发过程中遇低温胁迫最有利的外源化学药剂。
