材料:鲫鱼、红萝卜、海草、绿豆、蜜枣、陈皮、姜片

做法:

1。鲫鱼先煎到金黄,海草洗干净、红萝卜切成小块。

2。把适量的水煮开,再把上面的材料放下去煲2小时左右再放适量的盐,那汤就会很好喝了。
