As to the poor adjustability of the yarn products,high cost of manufacturing and maintenance of the false edge cutting mechanism of link-type on the shuttleless looms in service,details introduction is made to the new false edge cutting mechanism of link-type on the shuttleless looms regarding the philosophy and design processes,which is close to the intermittent crank mechanism.

Through nonlinear finite element analysis,this paper discusses the load distribution state of crowded shear stud group,the factors influencing the uneven level of the shear force of shear studs are analyzed.
