性质:指MgCl2负载钛化合物的齐格勒—纳塔型高活性催化剂。用于烯烃聚合时需要脱除聚合物中残留的催化剂残渣。MgCl2与TiCl3具有类似的结晶结构,作为载体载负催化剂后,可使钛活性中心高度分散,明显提高催化效率。以聚乙烯用催化剂而言,催化剂效率可达300~500kg(PE)/g(Ti)。因而可以不需脱除聚合物中的催化剂残渣。丙烯聚合用高效催化剂的催化效率300~600kg(PP)/g(Ti),产品等规度≥93%,不需脱灰和脱无规物,用高效催化剂还可控制聚合物的分子量、分子量分布、聚合物的形态。聚合物的粒度分布窄,进而可控制聚合物的结构,生产高性能的聚烯烃。已为聚烯烃工业生产普遍采用。
