【性状】
本品为粉红色至红色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在361nm与 550nm 的波长处有最大吸收；361nm波长处的吸收度与550nm波长处的吸收度的比值应为 3.15～3.45。
【检查】
pH值 应为4.0 ～6.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
避光操作。精密量取本品适量，加水定量稀释成每1ml 中约含维生 素Ｂ25μg的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在361nm 的波长处测定吸收度， 按C63H88CoN14O14P的吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为207 计算，即得。
