性质:以铜为基体,以碳纤维增强的金属基复合材料。选择高强高模、高强中模及超高模量碳纤维,以一定的含量和分布方式与铜基体组成不同性能的碳/铜复合材料。由于碳纤维具有很高的强度和模量,负的热膨胀系数以及耐磨、耐烧蚀等性能,与具有良好导热导电性的铜基组成复合材料具有很好的导热导电性、高的比强度、比模量,很小的热膨胀系数和耐磨、耐烧蚀性。是高性能的导热、导电功能材料。主要用于大电流电器、电刷、电触头和集成电路的封装零件。用碳/铜复合材料制成的惯性电机电刷工作电流密度可高达500A/cm2。碳/铜复合材料热膨胀系数为6×10-6℃-1,导热系数为220W/(m·K),高于任何低热膨胀系数材料。在高集成度的电子器件中有很好的应用前景。
