Based on the injection-locking principle,the phase-locking mechanism of axisymmetric folded-combined CO2 laser is analyzed.

The Application on PLC Control System of Fast Axial Flow CO_2 Laser;

A high frequency modulated high power CO2 laser is used as the excitation source to heat up the sensor under test.
