引导性想像治疗(guided imagory)将精神分析法与几种认知行为原理结合而形成的心理治疗方法。卢纳(L euner)1969年创造了一种引导性情感想像法,采用象征性想像解决矛盾的方式,影响潜意识精神冲突的解决。卢纳要病人做一系列“醒着的梦”,每个“梦”有一个特殊主题,这些主题按下列顺序排列:草地、小溪、山、房子、森林边缘、与亲友相逢、性、狮子、自己感到理想的人物、山洞或沼泽、火山和绘画书籍。治疗时病人处于一个放松体位,医师提出主题:“想像您正在草地上”,然后病人自己形成包括这个主题的一种想像。卢纳发现不同诊断的病人有其特殊的想像趋势,如抑郁症病人常描述草地为火烧过的或干枯的,强迫症患者常想像草地四周有铁丝网包围。这种方法假定病人想像反映其潜意识的动力结构,通过想像中矛盾的解决来影响潜意识精神冲突。例如,病人想像草地上存在一种障碍,医师可询问病人以引导病人探索另一种可供选择的方法,或通过想像病人发现一种克服障碍的成功方法。 (徐俊觅撰梁宝勇审)
