However,there are many defects in the process of developing recycle economy: failing to conform to the 3R principles;heavy secondary pollution;ambiguous producer responsibility;the concept of consumption remaining unchanged.

We adopted various teaching patterns and introduced the internationally accepted 3R principle(refinement,reduction and replacement) into the teaching of Laboratory Animal Science course,which has obtained satisfactory results.

According to the 3R principle in recycling economy,this article discussed the effective use of aged asphalt pavement,resource recov- ery and social,environmental and economical assessment,confirmed that recycle technology of aged asphalt pavement meet the necessity of re- cycling economy.
