The microwave scatterometer is at present the only remote sensing method which can effectively obtain the global sea surface wind field,the research work in this aspect has also developed in Our country.
微波散射计是目前能有效获得全球海面风场的唯一遥感手段,我国也开展了这方面的研究工作,1999年,我国自行研制的微波散射计原型样机做了首次机载飞行试验。
