First,the design axle steering angle was obtained from the simulation,then ADAMS/Insight was used to reduce the axle steering angle to zero,to optimize variable rear suspension links hardpoints,and to improve vehicle operational stability.
先求出影响整车操纵稳定性的后桥轴转向角的初始值,然后利用ADAMS软件Insight模块,以轴转向角趋近于0为目标,以后悬架杆件控制点的坐标为变量进行优化设计,得到控制点的坐标值,使整车操纵稳定性得到改善。

2、检查三角皮带的松紧度与磨损情整，如过紧、过松，或磨损严重，应予调况或更换。
3、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查传动系统（电动机、减速器）以及压杆与塞杆的运动是否正常，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
4、工作后，清理设备时，要特别清理料槽中和套筒里的积砂。
