The lap region between skirt and case(LRSC) of the solid rocket motor(SRM) under the axial load was analyzed on the basis of finite element method.
对轴压载荷作用下固体火箭发动机复合材料裙与壳体搭接区的受力变形情况及承载能力进行了有限元分析,应用板壳理论对搭接区进行了分析,证明有限元计算结果合理可信;对裙搭接长度在40~60 mm范围内进行了寻优计算。

The microstructure and hardness for the samples of laser consolidation treatment were analyzed,and both temper-softening of the overlapping zone during the laser treatment and tempering of the harden of zone during hot-rolling were investigated.
采用5kW连续CO2激光器和激光加工机床对冶金用铸钢轧辊进行激光熔凝强化处理,研制了专用的激光熔凝处理吸光涂料;进行了显微组织分析和硬度测试;对搭接区的回火软化问题和硬化区在热轧过程中回火的问题进行了分析和试验研究。

Tempering softening occurs in all overlapping zones for laser quenching,and the results of hardness testing indicate that the softening zone width of 45 steel is the broadest and the narrowest softening zone is observed for W18Cr4V steel.
进行了459、Cr2Mo和W18Cr4V钢多道搭接激光淬火实验,结果表明,激光淬火表面都存在搭接区的回火软化现象,45钢软化区宽度最大,W18Cr4V钢软化区宽度最窄。
