Based on the decomposition coefficient of multi-wavelet packet and the concept of information entropy the expression of multi-wavelet packet coefficient entropy (MPCE) is defined,and the method to recognize fault types of transmission lines by combining multi-wavelet packet coefficient entropy with artificial neural network (ANN) is proposed.

  时瞻波拏处牧人甚多,其中有一牧人极为富有,水牛、牦牛、牯牛及马羊等皆有数千,彼为子娶媳,媳生一子,一时其地有大节会,媳与幼子皆住其处,众人散后,得成就者遮波致波始为乞食而来,媳以一切食物奉施,阿阇黎言:“若汝家人不起嗔者,随汝意乐,明晨可多施我食。若起嗔者,我于林中生火而住,可遁来我前。”其后媳家诸人,见食器中有残余食物,乃共撘击,媳遂抱幼子而逃,至阿阇黎前,阿阇黎以丹药洒之,母子二人皆证持明之身,尔时众人寻迹追来,阿阇黎复以丹药洒之,约三百人亦皆证得持明之身,得大义利。尔时瞻波国王闻悉此事,遂于多人同来阿阇黎前,国王作礼时,阿阇黎伪作怒状,投食器于地,即时地下有龙女出,以众多资具奉献于王,王知阿阇黎为得成就者,故于岩窟之中,建二佛堂,其一塑有阿阇黎及母子三像,另有则塑余三百人,其幼童像亦能赐予众多悉地,眼中出眼药,耳中出药丸,口中出宝剑,鼻中出捷足药,金刚中出化金药,下门中出诸丹药,此三像在一座上,乃至弥勒出世恒利众生,其地亦名瞻波遮波致,今日若祈请者仍可速得悉地也。彼之弟子为得成就者迦俱致波,
