The model of inequality analysis can be obtained to analyze the inequality and illogicality between every part accuracy losses according to the decomposing and tracing results of dynamic errors,which can direct the uniform loss design following a principle of equality life design.
在全系统精度理论模型的基础上,对动态测试系统的精度损失规律进行了分析,并依据误差分解与溯源的结果,建立了系统非均匀性分析的定量模型,给出了各单元精度损失的不均匀性和不合理性,用以指导系统进行均匀设计,使得系统内的各组成部分能在大致相同的时间内同时失效或损坏,从而发挥生产资料的最大效率。
