Based on the basic formula of the cross section\'s load-bearing capacity by completely course theoretical analysis,using computer program to solve the balance equation of the load bearing capacity of lightweight aggregate concrete circular section members under eccentric loads,the relationship between moment M and axial load N is analyzed theoretically,and its M-N diagram is obtained.
