补充资料:K9225水压试验台操作规程
1、遵守铸设备通用操作规程。
2、检查所有的密封堵塞件是否完好,如有损坏,应于更换。
3、逐个操纵各伐门手柄进行试车,检查管路系统是否有漏气漏水现象,确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。
4、在吊运缸体过程中,不要碰撞设备,注意人身安全。
5、工作以后,缸体要吊离设备,不要停放在试验台上。
