性质:三级胺的N-氧化物在氮气中与碱共热时发生重排,一个烷基从氮原子迁移到氧原子上,形成二取代羟胺的单烷基衍生物,收率40%~80%。反应溶剂可选择水、乙醇、苯或戊烷等;反应的原料三级胺N-氧化物可容易地由三级胺与过氧化氢或过氧酸来制得。反应机理是游离基型的,因此反应必须在隔绝氧气的条件下进行,因为作双基的三线态氧(普通氧气)是有效的游离基淬灭剂。
