| 速记 stenography 与文字相辅而行的一种代用书写系统。快速记录语言的手段，广泛用于会议、访谈和口授场合。古希腊时产生，每个词有一个符号。通用的速记符号系统分为3种。①草书式速记。从古罗马M.T.太罗的拉丁文速记系统开始，在欧洲出现过许多方案；较近一个方案是德国人F.X. 戈贝尔斯伯格1834年创造的。②几何式速记。方案繁多，应用广泛，是速记的主流。其中又分为正圆（弧线）体系和椭圆（弧线）体系两派。前者的代表为几何式开创者、英国人T.布赖特1588年设计的英文速记，及英国人I.皮特曼（又译毕德门）1837年发表的速记法。后者的代表为爱尔兰人J.R.格雷格1888年的方案。中国语音速记的创始人是蔡锡勇，他的方案属于正圆体系。中国应用多种方案。③拉丁字母的简化写法和简单笔画混合使用的速记体系，20世纪以来兴起于欧美，是为非专职速记人员而设计的低速速记术。 |
