d一onl一dlaodu fonshlgu euosh-电力调度反事故措施’(anti一failure measures) 电力系统调度部门根据网络结构、运行方式、继电保护状况并考虑易于发生的由于人员过失及恶劣气候所造成的系统事故而事先制订的防范对策和紧急处理办法，是各级电力行政主管部门反事故措施的一部分。调度反事故措施的主要内容有:防止系统德定破坏的措施，防止系统频率崩演的措施，防止系统电压崩演的措施，防止设备和线路过负荷的措施，防止继电保护和安全自动装里误动和拒动的措施，防止调度人员错误发布指令的措施等。 防止系统穗定破坏的措施系统稳定破坏对系统影响很大，可以造成大面积停电，因此防止稳定破坏是调度反事故措施的重点.其主要内容有:①预防系统失去同步的措施。可分为系统正常时的预防失步措施和系统出现异常或发生故障时的预防失步措施。正常运行时的预防失步措施主要是控侧愉电线路的功率不超过规定的极限;减少处在雷雨、大雾地区主要输电线路的输送功率;重要翰电线路装设快速动作的继电保护(必要时装设双套)并保持正常投人运行.系统出现异常或发生故障时的预防失步措施主要有发电机强制励磁、电气制动，汽轮发电机组快速控制(关闭)汽门‘切除发电机组;切除一些用电负荷等。②系统失去同步的处置措施。应首先争取实现再同步，即调整失步的两部分系统的频率相一致求得拉人同步;若不能实现再同步，则在选定的解列点将失步的系统解列，然后调整解列系统的频率和电压，用同步并列的方法恢复并列.解列点是事先经过稳定和电力平衡计算选定的。在解列点可安装失步解列保护，当失去同步的两个系统的振荡中心在解列保护范围内时，解列保护动作将失去同步的两个系统在解列点解列。 防止系统频率崩溃的措施主要采用自动低频减负荷装里.当电力系统发生重大事故失去大电源产生大量功率缺额时，系统颇率会在数秒钟内大幅度降低，人为调整是来不及的，会造成系统崩演。为此，装设了自动低细减负待装置。它可以根据频率降低的幅度切除不同数量的用电负荷，使频率恢复到(或接近)正常范围，保障系统安全。 防止系统电压崩溃的措施由于电力系统各点的电压不完全一致，而且电压崩演首先发生在局部地区，因而尚无成熟的自动装里。大多数电力系统只在一些地点安装功能简单的低电压切负荷装里，在个别电力系统中安装了按电压降低程度分级切除负荷的自动低压减负待装置。 防止设备和线路过负荷的措施主要有:①编制合理的运行方式，使电力系统正常运行时电力网络的功率分布趋于合理，电气设备和线路的电流不超过额定值。②实时监测和及时调整功率分布。
