换气功能


氧和二氧化碳在肺泡和肺毛细血管中进行气体交换的过程。通过测定动脉血中氧和二氧化碳分压以了解换气情况。换气功能正常与否,与通气功能、吸入气体在肺内分布、灌注肺泡的血流分布和数量及肺泡膜对气体分子的通透性等因素有关。肺脏病变造成肺泡呼吸面积减少,气体弥散不良;或肺泡壁病变造成气体透过肺泡壁的功能障碍时,换气功能减弱。
