| 海泡石 sepiolite 层状结构硅酸盐矿物 。成分为Mg4Si6O15（OH）2·6H2O。正交（斜方）晶系。通常成白、浅灰、浅黄等色的粘土状块体，有时成皮壳状或结核状。在电子显微镜下，其形态呈细丝状体，集合体排列成似片状。光泽暗淡，贝壳状断口，莫氏硬度2～2.5，比重2.2。遇水时能强烈吸水而变柔软，当再干燥时就硬化。海泡石可由沉积作用形成，或由蛇纹岩蚀变而成。世界最主要产地为土耳其的埃斯基谢希尔。中国产地有江西乐平、湖南浏阳等。 |
