Introduction was made to the measurement electrical bridge with "second-order temperature compensation resistor" and second-order temperature compensation function of the measurement electrical bridge.

This novel proposed CMOS bandgap reference takes advantage of both a Buck s voltage transfer cell and a temperature independent current,to provide a high-order temperature compensation of the base-emitter voltage V-BE.

The circuit is developed based on the conventional bandgap reference,and achieved second-order compensation using a temperature dependent resistor ratio generated by the different kinds of resistors.
