出租人要求承租人对有关事项进行通知的权利：在租赁关系存续期间，出现应及时通知出租人的情况时，承租人有及时通知的义务，承租人的这一义务须具备以下条件才能成立，1、须出现应为通知的事项，通知事项指（1）、租赁物有修理、防止危害之必要 ；（2）、第三人就租赁物主张权利，因出租人负有权利瑕疵担保责任，在第三人主张权利时，承租人应通知出租人，以使出租人能够及时采取救济措施。（3）、其他依诚实信用原则应当通知的事由。2、须为出租人不知的事项。在出现承租人应为通知的事项时，只有在出租人不知该事项的情形下，承租人才负有通知的义务，若出租人以知出现，则承租人不负通知的义务。出租人是否为已知，应由承租人负举证责任。
