Through analyzing technical process of split and press machine,combing with the control requirement of production process,adapting PLC design method,applying PLC of siemens S7-200 series,the PLC control system scheme diagram and program of split and press machine are designed,and automation control of the system is also completed.
通过分析分切压痕机的工艺过程,结合生产过程的控制要求,采用PLC的设计方法,应用西门子S7-200系列PLC,设计出分切压痕机控制系统的PLC接线图与程序,完成了系统的自动化控制。
