丝瓜炒甜椒

原料: 原 料:

材料:丝瓜300克,甜椒100克,葱末,姜末各10克,蒜5克。调味料:鸡精,胡椒粉各少许,盐,糖,淀粉各适量。

制法: (1)丝瓜去皮洗净切条,姜,蒜洗净切丝,葱洗净切段,甜椒去籽切丝,过油后盛出备用。

(2)热油锅放入丝瓜炒半熟,加甜椒,葱,姜,蒜,适量水拌炒至熟,下调味料调味即可。

特点: 丝瓜质地较嫩,较不出水,所以炒的时候要淋一点水将它焖软,才不会焦掉。
