Thanks to little disturbance of human activities, there have abundant and primitive tourism resources existing among boundary areas of administrative provinces.

Chinese regional development is confronting the challenge of trans-districts integration and the reconstruction of its coordination mechanism,and almost all the conflicts and contradictions are interweaving and penetrating under the theme of "terrains of districts boundary—local government—trans-districts coordination",and also being focalized and magnified in terrains of districts boundary.
