性质:又称为常规分析或近似分析。一套用来测定食品、饲料主要成分,如水分、干物质、总蛋白、粗蛋白(N×6.25)、脂肪或醚抽提物、灰分(矿物质)、粗纤维——不可完全消化的碳水化合物的方法。该方法是1895年由德国Weende试验站首先提出的,尽管有的成分的数据并无确定的营养学意义,有时甚至会产生误导,但可对食品、饲料的组成有一大概的了解,从而可近似地作出营养性质估测,所以至今仍在广泛应用。
