老年性甲状腺功能亢进症
常表现为淡漠型甲状腺功能亢进症或隐蔽型甲状腺功能亢进症等不典型的类型。临床特点为起病较隐袭，全身症状较重而眼病和高代谢症群表现较少，常突出表现为某一系统症状，一般以心血管和胃肠道症状多见。如心绞痛、心律紊乱、心力衰竭、食欲减退、腹泻和体质消瘦等。由于消瘦较为明显，常被误诊为癌症。此外患者可有表情抑郁淡漠、乏力、全身衰竭。治疗多采用放射碘治疗及抗甲状腺药，并辅以支持对症疗法。
