Objective To decrease the influence of the maxillary growth after improvement incision in Tennison lip repair,and to keep more lip tissues.

Conclusion Improved Parks incision and the method of micro technology operation to treat strabismus,if pay more attention to non-invasive operation and high-quality suture,can effectively decrease the pain reaction,avoid muscle adhesion,reduce post operative complications and make the eyes beautiful to look at.
