基本材料 冬虫夏草10克,麻雀5只,生姜60克,调料适量。

制法:麻雀去毛、内脏,洗净切块;生姜切片。雀肉、生姜同入锅,加适量水,放入冬虫夏草,文火炖2小时,佐入调料即可。

功效:补肾温肺平喘。

用法:吃肉喝汤。每周3--4次,连用10--20次。

应用:适用于肺肾气虚咳喘者;一般中老年人。
